DMCA Policy

We respond to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices and similar requests from other jurisdictions. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization on our platform, submit a notice by emailing support@worldwidemusicpublishing.com with the subject “DMCA Takedown Notice”.

A valid notice must include: (1) your legal name and contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your electronic signature. We require both good-faith and perjury confirmations in the submission.

Counter notices may be submitted by emailing support@worldwidemusicpublishing.com with the subject “DMCA Counter Notice” and sufficient detail to identify the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, consent to jurisdiction, and an electronic signature.

We may notify affected users and, where appropriate, restore material after a valid counter notice unless we receive notice of legal action. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
